How to Book Your Wedding Florals

Step 1 , Submit Your Wedding Floral Questionnaire
Complete our Wedding Floral Questionnaire and share any inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, or venue information if available.
This helps us better understand your wedding vision, floral needs, and overall style before we begin designing your proposal.
Step 2 , Consultation
We'll schedule a consultation to discuss:
Your wedding vision
Floral style & color palette
Venue & layout
Floral priorities
Estimated floral investment
This is also a great opportunity to ask questions and explore ideas together.
Step 3 , Receive Your Customized Proposal
Based on our consultation, you'll receive a personalized proposal including:

We'll happily make adjustments until everything feels just right.
Step 4 , Secure Your Wedding Date
Once you're ready to move forward, we'll send you:
Wedding Floral Agreement
Deposit Invoice
A signed agreement and 50% non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your wedding date.
Because wedding flowers are custom-designed and many premium blooms must be ordered in advance, the retainer allows us to begin sourcing flowers and planning your event.
Your wedding date is not considered reserved until both the signed agreement and retainer have been received.
Step 5 , Final Design & Confirmation
Approximately 3-4 weeks before your wedding, we'll finalize:

Delivery & setup timeline
Venue logistics
Final adjustments
The remaining balance is due 3 days before the wedding.
Step 6 , Wedding Day
We'll carefully deliver and professionally install your flowers, ensuring every floral detail is beautifully prepared before your celebration begins.
If requested, floral breakdown and removal services are also available.

Every wedding is unique. Our proposals are customized based on your vision, venue, guest count, seasonal flower availability, and budget. We'll work with you to create the most beautiful floral experience while making the best use of your investment.
Because all wedding florals are custom-designed and many flowers are specially ordered in advance, the following cancellation policy applies:
More than 30 days before the wedding: The 50% retainer is non-refundable. Any remaining balance will be waived.
3-30 days before the wedding: The 50% retainer is non-refundable, and 50% of the remaining balance will be due.
Within 3 days of the wedding: The full remaining balance is due, as flowers have already been purchased, processed, and prepared for your event.
Changes to Your Order
If your wedding date or floral order changes, we'll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible. Changes are subject to flower availability, production schedule, and may result in additional charges.
